2023 Speaking

"Resilience is not what happens to you. It's how you react to, respond to, and recover from what happens to you."

-J. Gittomer

The Pandemic forced me to stop speaking. I restarted in 2023 by talking in public about my personal experience of burnout, sharing candidly about what has happened, the lessons I learned, and how it has enhanced my leadership principles.

I delivered the first version of this talk to an audience of Product Managers at one of the PLA's Product-Led Summits in Las Vegas, NV in May of 2023. You can watch it here. (25 Mins)

The second version of the talk is currently under development.

A set of supplemental research on Burnout, with links to studies from McKinsey and the SHRM can be downloaded here.
